Case Management

We have a team of case managers who are trained to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes as well as to support low income and/or limited English proficient immigrant and refugee families with some navigation needs. Our case managers are from the community, speak a variety of Asian languages, and provide holistic support to survivors by helping them apply for social benefits, such as food stamps, TANF, social security, housing, etc. They also help to navigate complex systems, such as courts, medical care, and education. In addition, our case managers can refer clients to resources and services not offered through our agency.
