Lorilynn Violanta

Lorilynn Violanta is dedicated to advancing socially just and creative communities. She has been the Director of Advancement at NMCAN, a local organization that partners with young people to build community and lead change by improving their transition from the foster care and/or juvenile justice systems to adulthood. Previously, Lorilynn managed a $2 million development portfolio at Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, and guided fundraising activities for The Posse Foundation and Free Arts of Arizona. She obtained a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College in New York City, and in addition to NMAFC, serves on the boards of MiABQ and Albuquerque Community Foundation’s Future Fund. When she is not building relationships in the community, Lorilynn enjoys attending arts & culture events, exploring the outdoors, and all things related to food.
